Join Cinderella, Buttons, Prince Charming and Ryan the Rat in this extravaganza of a Christmas show. Filled
with magic, mayhem and music from a full orchestra watch as they battle against the Ugly Sisters with a little help from their
flying Fairy Godmother.
Christopher Biggins stars alongside a returning Matthew Kelly, Stefanie Powers and
special guest star Craig McLachlan.
Christopher Biggins was crowned king of the jungle 2007 in ITV's I'm a Celebrity, Get Me Out of Here!
and following a long and varied career in television, film and theatre he will be playing Buttons.
Matthew Kelly returns following his critically acclaimed performance as the Wicked Witch in The Wizard
of Oz at The Mayflower last Christmas. Donning a dress once more, and accompanied by his son Matthew Rixon, they will
be playing the Ugly Sisters.
Stefanie Powers, a veteran of over 200 television and film appearances as well as the star of massive '80s
TV hit Hart to Hart, will be making wishes come true as the Fairy Godmother. She recently played Anna in The King
and I on tour throughout the United States.
Craig McLachlan is returning to The Mayflower to play Prince Charming. He previously won the hearts of
the people of Hampshire in the role of Caractacus Potts in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang, and as Bob Wallace in Irving
Berlin's White Christmas the Musical. Best Known for his roles in Neighbours, Home and Away and Bugs on
TV, Craig is excited to be returning to Southampton.
The Mayflower has again teamed up with Michael Rose and Chris Moreno, the producers of The Wizard of
Oz, last year's box office record-breaking Mayflower Christmas show, and White Christmas, to present a delightful
star studded new production for all the family this year.
This is the UK's biggest musical pantomime specifically designed and written for the Mayflower Theatre
and starring Christopher Biggins (Buttons), Matthew Kelly and his son Matthew Rixon (Ugly Sisters) and in her very first pantomime
Stefanie Powers (Fairy Godmother) along with special guest star Craig McLachlan as Prince Charming. Jam packed with fabulous
flying, mystical magic and colourful costumes this is one fun filled evening the family cannot miss out on.
With a little help from Buttons this Christmas you shall go to the best ball in the country!

HART TO HART star Stefanie Powers is joining Matthew Kelly and starring
alongside Christopher Biggins in Cinderella, The Musical Pantomime at The Mayflower this Christmas.
Christopher Biggins was crowned king of the jungle 2007 in ITV's I'm
a Celebrity Get Me Out of Here! Biggins has had a long and varied career in television, film and theatre having appeared in
numerous pantomimes across the country; he also appeared in the West End as Baron Bomburst in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. He
will be playing Buttons at The Mayflower.
